Simmons white baby crib with mattress. Front goes up and down for easy access. Does not convert to toddler bed. Mattress is in good shape. No rips, tears, but some minimal damage. There are scratches on the top of the crib, perhaps from where the mobile was linked.  Furthermore, I recall one of the screws was stripped on the bottom, but this does not effect the safety of the crib.
