Room for rent in second story apartment located within walking distance from Hilltop shopping center. Would be shareing two bedroom one bathroom apartment with married couple and child. We are looking for a responsible individual who is easy to get along with and doesn't keep late nights. Preferably a female. Visitors are ok, but within reason. The rent is four hundred a month for one individual.The deposit is one fifty. But i might be able to work with you on that. That includes water sewage and electricity. Fist months rent and deposit required upon move in date. The room is available for immediate move-in, and also for viewing.
