Produce all-source analysis supporting HUMINT targeting, lead development, functional and issue management. Provide subject matter expertise and analytical skills to understand, analyze and manage intelligence requirements, and develop collection strategies. Assess the effectiveness of programs dealing with high priority military intelligence and counterterrorism.

Required Education:8+ Years with HS or 5+ Years with AA or 2+ Years with BSRequired Experience:Required Skills:Experience doing all source analytical research using a wide range of research tools, databases and research methodologies related to terrorism. Knowledge of the concepts, principles and practices in HUMINT collection and collection management. Experience in applying analytical and evaluative techniques for developing new or modified work methods, approaches, or procedures. Identify evaluate and recommend solutions to issues or problems. Outstanding written and verbal communications skills. May require deployment for up to 179 days.Preferred Skills:Graduate of CI/MAGTF Basic HUMINT Course (or other service equivelent); to preferrably include operational HUMINT experience. If candidate does not have operational experience, then analytic subject matter expertise on the following CT organizations: East Africa Al-Qaida (EAAQ), Al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) and al-Shabaab. Preferred candidate will also have source administration experience. Familiarity with Naval Special Warfare Development Group and the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit and Analyze (F3EA) targeting cycle is also desired.
