We are looking for a customer service Representative to answer phones and take payments for one of our office locations.
Work Schedule is Monday – Friday 9 AM to 5 PM and one Saturday a month from 9 AM to 1 PM.
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
- Assist clients by phone or walk in.
- Internet research, searching data on customers.
- Data entry.
- Maintain customer database.
- Take payments and record.
- Making courtesy calls to our clients.
- Basic typing and computer skills.
- Cheerful personality.
- Desire to provide the best in customer service.
- Additional duties as assigned.
