It is the perfect place for a female who wants a clean, quiet, safe, refuge to come home to at the end of the day.

Room available on 3/1. 

5 minutes to I-264, multiple areas available within 5-15 minutes for dining and shopping. Walking distance to library, public tennis/basketball courts. 5 minutes to top-notch hospital, doctors, dentists. 

10-15 minutes to the Oceanfront and Chesapeake Bay. 

Non-smoking home, but its ok if you smoke outside

Home is freshly painted with new laminate-wood flooring in the entire downstairs and your bedroom.

You will have access to the kitchen, full-sized washer/dryer, every day dining/bar area, formal dining room, and living room with tv, surround sound, Netflix, wii (Fit, balance board, etc.).
