I am the owner of the house, a 32yr old, professional female but have decided to move out and rent my room. The house will be shared by a 33 year old female professional and a 26 yr old navyman, who also rents other rooms. It includes all utilities (electric, water, phone, wireless internet, and cable). It has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, washer/dryer, kitchen, living room, dining room, and garage. Full access to house. No pets allowed and no smoking in house. Prefer a responsible individual with full-time job to commit to a 6 months lease. You will have your own privacy in your bedroom.
