2 story house, VERY well maintained in/out. Washer/dryer, internet, cable, furnished living and dining room w/ large flat screen T.V., new stainless steel kitchen appliances, quiet neighboorhood, good size back-yard for cookouts/company, security system, great alert neighboors (but we never have issues in the area). Cable, internet, home phone, water, trash included in rent...only the gas/electricity bill is expected to be split (which is about 100-150 per month total).

Looking for mid 20s/mid 30's M or F, laid back, responsible, clean, easy to get along with roommate. As long as rent/bills/cleanliness are taken care of then there will be no issues. Company is allowed anytime (as long as there is no drama in the house).
